• Email engagement data — whether you opened an email, whether you clicked a link — via Beehiiv. Standard newsletter analytics. Used to improve content, never to identify you beyond what's necessary to deliver the newsletter.

What we don't collect

• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, or financial information — unless you explicitly provide them.
• Information from third-party tracking pixels, ad networks, or social media plugins.
• Information for advertising re-targeting purposes.

How we use your information

• To send you the newsletter — score updates, daily catalyst alerts, quarterly briefings.
• To improve the service — understanding which content resonates so we make the next briefing better.
• To respond to your messages — when you contact us directly.

Where your data lives

Your data is processed by these third-party services:

We chose these services because they have strong privacy practices and are widely used by professional publications.

• Request deletion of your data — email us and we'll delete your subscriber record from Beehiiv.
• Request a copy of your data — same channel.
• Update your information — log into Beehiiv and update directly, or email us.

Email frequency & consent

The Trend-Aware Investor newsletter is sent when there's news worth reporting — sometimes daily during earnings season, sometimes weeks of silence. By subscribing, you're explicitly consenting to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, with no questions asked.

Compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): every email we send identifies us, includes a working unsubscribe link, and is sent only to subscribers who have given express or implied consent.
