The Trend-Aware Investor ("we," "us") is operated by Pierre Roberge from Quebec, Canada.

Everything we publish — videos, the dashboard, the newsletter, social posts, members-only content, the entire Service — is for educational and informational purposes only. The Service includes:
- The Trend-Aware Investor newsletter — periodic email briefings covering the 10x Index, catalyst alerts, and quarterly research.
- The 10x Index dashboard at 10xstocks.trendawareinvestor.com — a fundamental scoring framework applied to a watchlist of stocks.
- The YouTube channel at @TheDailyTraderPierre — daily video analysis covering charts, setups, and market context.
- Membership tiers via YouTube — paid access to additional content, watchlists, alerts, and a private community.
- This website at trendawareinvestor.com.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Republish, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data not intended for you.
- Impersonate Pierre Roberge or claim affiliation that doesn't exist.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or duplicate the Service at scale.
3. Intellectual property
All content published on the Service — written analysis, scoring frameworks, charts, video content, branding (including the TAI mark and "The Trend-Aware Investor" name), and the design of this site and the dashboard — is owned by Pierre Roberge or licensed to us.
You may share links to our content freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full articles, copy the dashboard's data structure, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Memberships and payment
Memberships are managed entirely through YouTube. By joining, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service in addition to these. Pricing, perks, and refund policies are governed by YouTube. We are not responsible for billing issues — those are between you and Google.
Cancellation: you can cancel any membership at any time via YouTube. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Newsletter subscriptions
The newsletter is free. By subscribing, you consent to receive email from us at the cadence described on our site (sometimes daily during earnings season, sometimes weeks of silence). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
We do not guarantee any specific publication frequency. We send when there is news worth reporting.
6. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
6.1 Service provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free of viruses or harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
6.2 No financial outcome guarantees
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published. Stock scores, fundamental analyses, and technical observations are based on publicly available information at the time of publication and may become outdated quickly. Markets are volatile and unpredictable.
6.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pierre Roberge or The Trend-Aware Investor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, lost investment opportunities, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
If you are in a jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pierre Roberge harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, including (without limitation) any investment decision you make based on content from the Service.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service includes content from and links to third-party services (YouTube, Beehiiv, Vercel, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use of them is at your own discretion.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with consumer protection laws that grant you rights despite this clause, those rights are preserved.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
